Digital Design Revolution products are currently in development. No commercial refund policy applies until products are offered for sale.
Planned approach
For downloadable software and software licenses, DDR intends to provide a clearly disclosed refund policy at checkout. Eligibility may depend on factors such as whether a license has been activated, the time elapsed since purchase, and whether the product has a verified technical defect that DDR cannot reasonably resolve.
How to request help
Customers should contact support@digitaldesignrevolution.com with the order email address, product name, Revit version where applicable, and a brief description of the issue.
Payment-provider requirements
Transactions processed through a merchant-of-record provider may also be subject to that provider’s refund, dispute, and consumer-protection requirements.
